Please note that the Deerwood Foundation is an independent organization from Camp Deerwood. The Deerwood Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing scholarship aid to families whose sons have applied to Camp Deerwood for a summer experience. Applications for financial aid must follow having had an application for enrollment at Camp Deerwood submitted and accepted by Camp Deerwood.
To explore camper scholarship possibilities from the Deerwood Foundation for your son to attend Camp Deerwood, please fill in the following form and press the submit button. This request for scholarship information does not take the place of applying to Camp Deerwood for a spot as a camper. Families must first register their son at Camp Deerwood for the next summer’s season. After that application is submitted, we encourage you to apply for aid from the Deerwood Foundation. Acceptance as a Deerwood camper is not dependent on your financial status.
Inquiry form for seeking scholarship information for a campership at Camp Deerwood for the coming summer
Please fill out below and hit the submit button below when done. Our Campership Administrator will then get in contact with you with our application materials. Thank you.
Most of our scholarship funds are awarded in the late winter and early spring. We provide financial aid based on need of the family, determined using standard metrics and forms used by many institutions. Your financial information is reviewed and is not shared beyond our scholarship committee. We do not identify our scholarship campers in any public fashion.
Funding for Counselors
The Deerwood Foundation also provides scholarship funding to worthy counselors via our Tree Talk Fellowship. For more information about the Tree Talk Fellowship, please send a letter of inquiry to the Deerwood Foundation at the address below.
